SHIPPING/FREIGHT:

Shipping times will vary by season. Buyer is responsible for indicating whether the address is commercial or residential and any applicable
charges for non-adherence are the responsibiliy of and will be charged back to the Buyer. Buyer pays all shipping and handling fees on orders less than $500.
Shipping will be free on orders of $500 or more.
RETURNS:

All returns must be pre-approved within three (3) business days of receipt and made at customer’s request. Authorizations will be issued at the
discretion of Bubalina. All goods must be in original condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. On any refusals, customers will be charged roundtrip
freight and applicable restocking fees. Cancellation of an order must be requested in writing and will be accepted only if received one day prior to shipment of order.
